Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your inclusions. You will receive an email when your inclusions arrive, and another e-mail notification when your order has shipped.
Premium models, such as those made of gold or adorned with precious stones, are handcrafted from scratch and require more processing time, usually about 50 business days.
Please note that in some extraordinary situations, there may be a longer delay due to unforeseen circumstances such as many orders or supplier delays, custom orders, extensions due to consecutive holidays, annual leave, illness, and the like. In this case, you will be notified of the circumstances and informed about the possible deadline for the delivery of your jewelry.
Shipping from Croatia to UK and EU takes 5-10 business days, and from Croatia to the US, and the rest of the world usually takes 10-15 business days.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
5€ for Croatia (flat rate) and starting with 7€ for everywhere else in the world.
Croatian orders will be sent with DPD, while all others will be sent with standard mail services such as Croatian Post, USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, etc.
Custom Duties
Please note that if you aren't located in the European Union, your parcel might be charged by your country's customs office.
Galacta Jewelry is in no way responsible for such duties, it is solely a buyer's responsibility.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at galacta.jewelry@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
You would like to give someone Galacta Breastmilk Jewelry as a present, or you would like the shipment to arrive before a certain date:
Since the time of making jewelry is flexible and depends on many factors, it is difficult to guarantee the arrival of the finished jewelry if you do not order it at least 2 months before the desired date (3 if you are outside of the European Union). This especially applies to holiday gifts such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.
If the recommended deadline has passed, we advise you to give a Gift Voucher, and you can also choose a digital card with it, completely free of charge.
