Returns
If you think there is any problem with your Galacta jewelry, please follow these instructions:
1. send an e-mail with the subject Returns and order number to galacta.jewelry@gmail.com, describe what the problem is, and attach a photo
2. if we determine that the jewelry needs to be replaced or repaired, you will receive further instructions depending on your specific situation and location.
3. Custom-made jewelry (jewelry that is not from Galacta Jewelry's standard offer) will not differ in composition and material quality from the standard offer. However, since it has not undergone the usual testing for understandable reasons, Galacta Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any potential flaws in its design and functionality, but is only responsible for the condition of the stone with inclusions.
There is no possibility of a refund as each item is personalized.
